Job Baskets is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand employer partnerships, generate business opportunities, and increase job postings and subscriptions on our healthcare-focused job portal platform.

  • Any Degree / MBA preferred
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment or job portal industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle client relationships professionally
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Roles & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for Job Baskets
  • Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, healthcare companies, and corporate clients
  • Generate new employer registrations and paid subscriptions
  • Promote job portal services and recruitment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets
  • Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare business reports and sales updates
