- Any Degree / MBA preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment or job portal industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle client relationships professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for Job Baskets
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, healthcare companies, and corporate clients
- Generate new employer registrations and paid subscriptions
- Promote job portal services and recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare business reports and sales updates
