We are seeking an experienced Manager (E&I) to lead Electrical and Instrumentation activities for Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for managing E&I construction, installation, testing, commissioning, quality, safety, and project coordination activities while ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards.

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Manager in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Strong experience in Electrical & Instrumentation systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of international standards such as IEC, ISA, API, and project QA/QC procedures.
• Experience in project management, team handling, and client coordination.
• GCC experience preferred, especially in Qatar Oil & Gas projects.
• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

• Manage all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities for Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Supervise installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Review technical documents, method statements, inspection reports, and project procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
• Support project planning, execution, and timely completion of activities.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, inspectors, and construction teams.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure successful handover and project completion activities.
